Rebekah Genauer, the Conference Services Manager for The Corporate Executive Board @ Waterview Conference Center, talks about her experience with Noventri and the Noventri team.
Noventri Digital Readerboards and Digital Door Cards can pull meeting and conference room information from many event management systems and update the reader boards and door cards automatically. Some of these include The Knowland Group’s TargetNet system, Newmarket’s Delphi system, Starwood Integrated Sales and Catering (ISAC), Marriott CI\TY system, STS, HTNG based systems, and ODBC compliant systems.

About Waterview
“We are a premier conference center space in Roseland Virginia, the headquarters of CEB. We have two classrooms as well as flat space for meetings and social events. We host weddings, we host birthday parties, just very interesting mix of different groups of people. We also have fourteen smaller boardrooms so we can host smaller corporate social events.”
Communication
“The vendor that we had before had before Noventri was not located in the United States, so that became a communication problem for us. If something needed to be changed or there was a problem, we usually had a twenty four hour lag.”
“I’m about to go on maternity leave and… digital signage has been one of the things that has not been my top priority in handing off because I know how easy that process will be. I know that my colleague can pick up the phone and get anybody.”
Installation
“My own side of installation team commented about how professional your staff was. So we experienced a great installation process. We still had little glitches here and there, but very realistic time lines to fix things or get back to where we wanted to be. And we were done early, which was great.”
Technical Support
“I am not a technical person, we have departments within our company that can help us, but they’re not always available day to day. But your customer service team is. I had a question and I would have three different people all working together to find a solution. The whole process was really great working with your team. I still know that I can call with one off questions and I get immediate response, which is really important to us.”
