Hi guys,

I've updated my Noventri Server and Suit to the 2.12.16 recently and now I have Noventri Suite showing multiple players stating that there isn't a USB Drive and its not letting me play content. I've rebooted each player that is saying this but with no luck.

Thanks for reaching out to us. In Suite ver2.12, we have added a new status message in the preview, "No USB Drive." This is notification that the player has lost contact with the USB drive (The cause is usually the drive has become unseated or has errors on it). In this particular instance involving the SF-100, the USB drives needed to be unplugged/plugged back in to the player for it to recognize the drive. Otherwise, reformatting the USB drive would remove errors and should allow it to be "seen" by the player.
