Noventri sever not recognizing published projects.

Noventri Server™ ver. 2.16.1.3402r_2.16
Client: Noventri Suite™ ver. 2.16.1.3402r_2.16
Server is running on Windows Server 2008 R2 Enterprise with up-to-date patches.
Client is running on Windows 10 machine PC.
Noventri server is not listing the latest projects to add to a schedule when queried.
Project is published successfully from client and shows in C:\ProgramData\Noventri\Server\Work\32666b07-0dd4-48dc-b64f-190a74a6a8b7\Work\Projects, but is not listed in client list when attempting to create a schedule or in list of "Projects on Server".
