recently moved to a new office at work

Fired up my spare SF-200 (has been off for 6 months). It cannot obtain an DHCP address and weirdly MAC address shows as 00:00:00:00:00:00 in wireshark

Tried 3 different networks: same thing, always falls back to 192.168.0.190

tried booting with and without USB stick

tried reformatting Usb stick

Nothing

if I put my laptop on 192.168.0.180, I can usually connect

Anyone got any ideas?

Hi Mark,

Can you access the player's web config menu when your laptop is set to 192.168.0.180?

If so, click on the Default button and Submit the change to reset the player to factory default network settings and see if this resolves the issue.
