Suite freezes Version 2.14.13.2791

I have updated my server and my laptop with Version 2.14.13.2791. Both installations freeze when attempting Noventri Server interaction (downloading projects, uploading schedules).

While on the server, I attempt to load a new schedule and the suite freezes. On my laptop, I tried to download the project from the server and the process freezes at 99% Complete.

I have rebooted the Noventri Server and still no success. Any ideas? Can I go back to the previous version without issues?

Hi icevault,

You can revert back to the 2.12.123 version. It will install over the 2.14. See this post viewtopic.php?f=87&t=620

Would it be possible for us to do a remote session to gather logs from 2.14 before you rollback to 2.12?

If so, contact support@noventri.com and we will work with you to get a session setup.

Kind regards,
Martin

Same problem here.
Did the roll back to the 2.12 version but the server would no longer recognize the players.
Reinstalled the 2.14 version.

Problem here seems to be confined to uploads and downloads, also.
No errors are generated in the client, but the process seems to aburptly complete without actually performing an upload or download.
Problem occurs on both a remote client and with Noventri client installed on the server.
Last few lines of the Noventri server's Fault log:

Update
Installed the December version, but having the same application hangs that were happening with the October version. (Sigh)
Server, client and players were all updated to 2 14.28.2828
Down-versioning again to 2.12.123.
Note to those down-versioning:
Make sure you also roll back the software on the players also.

Hi ThornburgF,

Thanks for bringing this issue to our attention. The 2.14 series has been a major structural overhaul defining how Noventri Suite and Server interact.

Would it be possible to turn on Noventri Suite Logging and recreate the symptoms you have experienced with 2.14.28?
Instructions for enabling logging can be found in the following post. Instructions: Enable Suite Logs

If the symptoms reoccur, please let us know and we would be happy to examine the logs.

Your assistance is greatly appreciated!
Kind regards,
Martin

The latest version has fixed the issue for us.
After installing 2.16.5.2993r_2.16 there have been no more problems.
