SF-200 Continually Cycles between Updating and Disconnected

I configured the SF-200 through the ip address. Have rebooted the device through Suite and have powered it on and off. On the actual monitor I see the greyscale test and the ip address, but Suite is still cycling through the two screens. Every other player is showing correctly in the Suite.

Hi APrough,
This may be caused by corrupt data on the SF-200's USB thumb drive. Try reformatting the thumb drive by powering down the player, remove the USB drive, reformat it, plug it back in and reconnect power to the player.
