CSV Files & Data

Greetings,
I am having trouble with a few different things related to CSV files. I may end up writing this in a web page to avoid some of the complications, but wanted to see if these things are possible.
First, I have a file that has headers. Unfortunately, Noventri only sees the first three headers and the rest are null. Is there a reason this would not come through? I am trying to change all the fields headers to not have spaces, but the first few fields have spaces in the header name, but they come through fine.
Second, I am trying to see if I can add fields together. While currently modifying the CSV file to include totals, I would like to know if I can add fields togehter, either through a custom SQL statement or through Noventri. The addition does not appear to work within Noventri, and I have not been able to get it to work on the SQL statement. Has this been done before?
Third, I saw the posts on displaying characters in either red or green, but is it possible to have a whole box in that color - dependent on the data? It does not appear that there is a way to put one text object in front of another based on database input.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
Thank you,
Carol
