Video not running on sf200 - unable to connect to server

HI,
I have version 1.12.40.2575 and adding a wmv video 14.6 MB to a SF-200 client.
On the management panel on the suite the message "updating 25%" and "Disconnected" flashes over and over.
I let it run like this overnight, and in the morning I was not able to connect to the server via the Suite, with the
message "An undefined error occured while connecting to the server". (which is a standalone win2008 server).
Logging in on the server - the Noventri Server Manager shows the status "Running". I restarted the server.
I could connect again to server via the Suite, but my video client still says "updating"/"disconneted".
I then open design tab and removed the video from the sequence , saved, and uploaded to server. But still
I get "udating" "disconnected"

We are sorry to hear you are having a problem with the SF200 player. It sounds like the problem could be caused by corrupt content. We can log into the player from within your network and look at the logs to see what is happening. If you would like us to connect remotely, please contact Noventri Support at 301-790-0103.
