Hi forum,

I am having trouble with one of our players, I am unable to connect to it. I noticed that the power indicator LED is flashing green rather than the steady green of a normally operating unit. Is this a diagnostic signal?

Hi Alex, You probably have a failed power supply. Sometimes that happens if you had a power surge or brownout. Please contact us for a replacement. 301-790-0103
