Text on PC not displaying on Player

Greetings. I selected fonts in Noventri Suite but the data is displaying in a standard font on the TV. Is there something I need to do in order to ensure my text displays as programmed in the Suite?

Hi clabedz,

I assume you are running the Noventri Server on a different machine? If this is the case, you will need to install the fonts you are using on that machine and reboot it so that they are registered. You will then need to publish the project to the server again and the server will regenerate the content with the new fonts.

Because of possible font licensing issues we do not send fonts to the server machine automatically and require you to install them manually. Our apologies for the inconvenience. Our legal department is working on this and we hope to have this resolved in the future.
