Hi All
Powered off my new player last night (was re-routing cables)
Reconnected this morning. Can connect to it via browser, it says it can ping server and port is reachable, but it still shows disconnected in manage. I tried rebooting. same thing
Any ideas?

Can you confirm that the USB Drive that was supplied with your SF-100e Player is plugged in to the Player?
