after a reboot the player will not start. Red stop dot is displayed. message is connected screen is blank. Nothing happens when I click the grreen "play" icon.
it is part of the same player group as 2 other players nd they are working ok.

Good evening,
One suggestion I'd like you to try is if you are able to unplug the Noventri power cable and then pull the USB drive out of the player. Then using a PC, plug the USB into the PC and format the drive using all default settings. Once the USB is formatted, in the taskbar on the right side you can click on the devices icon and click eject. It will notify you saying it is safe to remove the USB drive. Once that is completed, put the USB back into the Noventri player and plug the power back in. Let me know if this works.
