Attached are files to enable logs for Noventri Suite. Having logging enabled can help the Noventri development team evaluate usage issues.
To turn logging on:
Close Noventri Suite if it is running.
Choose your computer's operating system type (either 32 or 64 bit) and download the appropriate file.
Unzip the file to the computer using Noventri Suite.
Double click the "Logs On.reg" file to install.
After the file is installed, open Noventri Suite and try top recreate the issue in question.
If needed, we can recover the logs for investigation.
