One of my colleagues is continually unable to connect to the server. Anything he tries to do, he is met with the message "Connecting to server xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:20940... Please Wait"
It never seems to connect. The server is on a remote computer and we have the checkbox for remote administration checked. I can connect just fine it seems from another computer. I am assuming you can have multiple connections per server right?

You are correct, multiple connections can be made to the server at the same time. Are you able to ping the address of the remote server from the PC with Suite installed? Can you try uninstalling the Noventri Suite software, then reinstalling to see if this helps restore your connection?

Yes we are able to ping. We did reinstall once already but I will try again although reinstalling doesn't sound like a great solution.
