This concern has been brought up before. Although the USB Drive seems like a likely theft target, we have not heard of any being stolen. Many are installed in public areas and schools and the players are within reach. The USB drive we supply is very small and doesn't attract attention.

If data security is your concern, and in an unlikely event, someone does steal the USB drive, the image data is not in a format that can be used by anyone and no personal information, such as passwords, are stored on the USB drive. This was designed at the request of our Government and DOD clients. Also, all network traffic is SSL encrypted.
