EMERGENCY SETUP*

The Emergency Setup screen in the Noventri DS Suite™ allows you to prepare and be ready for the worst. You can assign content you created to different types of emergencies and important situations. A single image can be preloaded into a priority buffer on the player to be triggered with virtually no delay, saving precious seconds and getting a potentially life-saving message displayed almost instantaneously. You can preload many more emergency messages into a secondary buffer so they can be available within seconds.*

Depending on your local codes and ordinances, you can interface the Noventri DS Suite™ with your pre-existing alarm system. User Accounts allow for different users to have different rights inside the Noventri Server™, so you'll never need to worry about employees without proper authorization triggering false alarms. You can install a small applet included with the Noventri Server™ on any office computer on your network giving quick access to the emergency controls from whichever computer you wish.

LOCATIONS

The Locations tab inside of Noventri DS Suite™ keeps you up-to-date on the status of all of your players. You can assign projects to be sent to single players or groups of players and monitor playback.

You can assign groups of players (locations) in the Configuration tab, so you won't need to send out identical content more than once.

SCHEDULING

Use the Scheduler to assign sequences of pages to players (locations) in advance. Planning on taking a vacation? No worries! Just do all of your scheduling ahead of time, and Noventri Server™ will take care of getting the proper content to the proper players without your intervention. Have a great vacation!

The interface is intuitively designed to show content and dates as a sequence in time. Found a schedule that works well for you? Noventri Server™ can automatically repeat that schedule weekly until you command it otherwise.
