Alene Candles Chooses Noventri Digital Metric Displays for Manufacturing Floor
Noventri Digital Metric Displays became a critical communications tool at Alene Candles, a candle manufacturing company that develops, designs and creates candles for retail, boutique and cosmetic brands worldwide.
Alene Candles uses a network of 58-inch metric displays throughout plant floors in New Hampshire and Ohio to display key metrics and show daily and shift goals. Metrics are updated dynamically and automatically since all metric displays are connected natively to the company’s SQL database using metric-friendly technology by Noventri.
“I needed a way to display real time production metrics specific to each production line,” says Warren Green, Information Technology Manager at Alene Candles. “I was able to do this by integrating our data collection SQL Databases with the Noventri Server. Using the Noventri Suite to create content to be displayed on our production monitors is a breeze.”
Production supervisors and workers can see, at a glance, product specifics, production goals, and finished goods progress in real time. This allows each production line to become more effective and efficient.
“It even encourages a sense of competition for one line to do better than the rest! I am extremely happy with the ease of setup and the intuitive tools to create content. I have deployed a large number of Noventri SF-200s and commercial monitors across several company facilities and will continue to do so as we grow!”
Alene Candles uses the Noventri SF-200 in combination with Noventri Suite software with each of their metric displays.
